Student Discount Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
a. The student discount is available to current students enrolled at an accredited educational institution (secondary school, college, university) or equivalent.
b. Verification of student status is required (e.g., student ID, enrollment letter, academic transcript, institutional email address).
c. Employees, alumni or non-students are not eligible for the student discount.
Offer
a. The discount applies to selected Apowersoft products (Annual Plan & Lifetime Plan for ApowerMirror, ApowerREC, BeeCut, Streaming Audio Recorder & ApowerRecover) as indicated on the Student Discount page.
b. Typical discount levels: up to 50% off on selected items.
c. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or non-student promotions unless explicitly stated.
d. Only one discount code per order is permitted.
Verification & Redemption
a. Eligible students must go through the verification process and receive a unique discount code or access link.
b. After verification, the discount code must be entered at checkout to apply the discounted price.
c. Verification may be subject to review; Apowersoft reserves the right to refuse or revoke the discount if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Limitations & Exclusions
a. The discount may exclude certain products, bundles, upgrades or renewals.
b. Prices, percentages and eligible items are subject to change and may vary by region/currency.
c. The student discount cannot be applied retrospectively to prior purchases.
Refunds & Returns
a. Standard refund/return policy of Apowersoft applies (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee) but if the discount was wrongly attributed, Apowersoft may adjust the price difference.
b. If the student discount is revoked post-purchase due to ineligibility, the purchaser may need to pay the difference or forfeit the licence.
General Terms
a. Apowersoft reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the student discount program at any time.
b. These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the general License Agreement and Terms of Use of Apowersoft.
c. Any dispute shall be governed by the applicable laws as set out in the general Apowersoft Terms of Use.
