Generally speaking, before you start unlocking your iOS device using ApowerUnlock, you need to connect your device to PC. However, you may fail to connect your device to PC as you cannot enter the screen and tap “Trust This Computer” when you’ve forgotten the screen passcode. In this case, you can try to enter DFU Mode or Recovery Mode manually to get your device successfully detected by your computer.
