I cannot record videos anymore, my membership was supposed to be lifetime.It has been working for years but suddenly now it say:”Your VIP acount has expired”. IT IS NOT ! I don’t get any answer when I submit a ticket. Someone can help?
Like the users above, I paid for a lifetime VIP subscription. I’ve been denied access for a week now. Have sent an email to Support desk (no response); have tried to follow the Log In process only to continue to get the Payment Plan screen over and over and over. Not happy.
