    Video download sound issues

    Hello to all.


    Could you please anyone assist with this issue. I am downloading videos from Youtube and each and everyone of them downloads without sound. (not even as separate file) I have tried both, (video converter update) (re-starting my pc) the problem still ocurring. Can anyone help?

    @Barceloner005 user, sorry for the late reply. You can try removing the old version from your pc and reinstall the new one with the link below.
