So I recorded an important interview that I had with a client that needed to be transcribed word for word after. The file was saved in HD using the free online program and I have the file on the computer but it cannot be opened in VLC or anything else. Is there a way to recover or do you keep recordings for a certain amount of time?

I have been having problems downloading videos from Youtube – it keeps saying detect – they detect fine but still don’t down load. sometimes if I keep trying it will work. I saw that their was a newer version of the software so I updated to V220.127.116.11 and it did not resolve the problem. Also I used to be able to select videos from Youtube playlists but now it just says none found when I try it.
