Having an Issue with Apowersoft Online Video Converter.

I’ve used it for months and never had an issue until this month April 2019.

I have had the download launcher for awhile and click open/run and it installs and says click ok and go to website to use and usually go to website and it lets me pull files to convert multiple at once.

Never had an issue til this month!

I have loved it but now it keeps saying download launcher and takes me in circles. 

I have Windows 10 and it usually works for me!

    Sorry about that. You can try the instructions below to try again. 

    1. Uninstall the launcher by going to Control Panel > Uninstall a program.
    

    2. After you uninstall it, open "%Appdata%\Apowersoft" in a folder address bar. Delete the folder "Apowersoft Online Launcher" from the opened folder.

    

    
    

    3. Reinstall the launcher again by following the direction on the webpage and try if you can start to use the online video downloader.

    4. If the problem still persists, download the launcher with the link.  

    5. After that, please clear the browse caches to try again.
