I’m also getting very jerky video. Am using Screen Recorder Pro – V 1.4.3 – (Build 1/11/2015) Audio is fine. Have tried different video settings. Any suggestions for: Output Video Formats; Video Bitrate; Frame Rate?
Also submitted support request several days ago – no answer.
Reduce frame rate (for example 15 or 20) and bitrate to 8000~10000kbps.
Change another video codec (for example Windows Media Video 9 or Windows Media Video 8)
Click Tools -> Options -> General -> To sync sound to change the Total buffer (e.g.120, the larger is the buffer value, the larger is latency value) and Buffers to a smaller value, and select High priority.
I think you should reset your recording settings then start capturing again. About settings, go open the options menu and click on “Recording”, find “Advanced video settings” and check “enable accessible mode“, then adjust recording mode as “Performance Priority” and your recorder will perform better.
