    USB SOFTWARE RECOGNITION

    I have the Samsung Galaxy 7 (Android Version 8.0.0/Samsung Experience version 9.0) connected to the software that I purchased (ApowerManager).  I have SUCCESSFULLY turned on USB debugging but your software won’t recognize it.  The software just keeps going back to the screen where it shows how to turn on USB debugging.  I press “Debug Enabled” and the software will go no further than that.  I just bought this software.  Please advise as to what is going on and how to fix.
