I am unable to do a restore from the back up already done. As i press
the restore button, it says unable to connect and then takes to a home
page after connecting. I had raised the issue earlier also and I am using a One Plus &T phone to restore a backup.
I have tried to connect with the system both on wifi and using a USB cable.
I response i was told to click the manage button to export backup.
I have since tried this also and failed with the same error. PL suggest
