the sync of video and audioViews : 2830 Replies : 8 Likes : 0 2013-04-18 06:23 #1
I use video converter studio to convert my MOV video and I trim the video. After conversion, the sound and picture of the video are nice, but they are out of sync. The sound comes out a little earlier. How can I deal with it?

Hello, forward to the built-in Video Editor in Video Converter Studio to settle it. Follow the steps below will get you rid of the problem very quickly.
Load the un-sync video to the software at first. Press Edit then you’ll be directed to the Video Editor Window. Under Adjust tab, set seconds for audio delays in Synchronize(s) section. In this way, you will make the sound and picture of the converted video sync.

I loaded the un-synced video and was able to adjust the sync, but when I tried to save it, using the Convert function, the resulting video was STILL out of sync! While viewing the edited video within the Video Converter Studio, it played perfectly. The Convert saves the file, in whatever format I want, but the result is still out of sync. Is there some special switch to save the corrected version?

I have the same problem with my mpeg4 video. The audio adjusted, converted video is in perfectly sync in VCS application. But if I open the converted video in any other player, it is not in sync. If I open the converted video to Video Convert Studio, it is in sync again.
Any solution to this? Otherwise I want my money back. I bought the software solely for syncing the audio of my old home videos that are converted to digital format.
