    The screen won't show up?

    I recorded some videos earlier today. When I watch the videos, I can hear the sound, but my desktop screen wouldn’t show up. The only thing that did show up was a circle and a blue musical note in it. I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense to you. I don’t know how to explain things.

    What are you going to record? A video game? Online course? A movie? You can send a video of your recording to the support team to let them check it. Also you can send the feedback with the log file to them
