I bought a monthly subscription a few weeks ago so was happy with ApowerRec, so I went yesterday and purchased a Lifetime subscription I now still haven’t received the update I logged in and out and now I’m only on a trial mode. I have sent my details to support and have not heard anything, can you please help.
