I have the same problem. I am using windows 10. I can get the program to capture the first video but if I try to capture a second one it fails. I am using the 3 day trial license and It says it gives full features. Well I can only capture one video and when done with that one I can’t capture another one until I close the program and open it back up. Sorry to say this program is not living up to its reviews for me. Oh and yes I enable the detect mode at the bottom of the screen and still fails to respond.
Thank you for your replies. The support desk has informed me that the video files that I am attempting to record are not supported, and therefore, cannot be downloaded with the software. Hopefully they will be supported in the future!
