When downloading Video from Youtube, the sound is always missing. Why? I use the latest software version and the newest latest Macbook Pro.

Hello, I am sorry for the trouble caused. We have a beta version 1.8.9.2 released recently which resolves the problem. You can download it with this link (https://file.apowersoft.com/fd207167875e). Please remove the version you are using from your Macbook before you download and install the new one.

I paid for the software, but how is it then possible that it does not work? I mean no sounds, in fact means it does not work!
