I try following all procedures, as soon as i disconnect USB the device is not recognized on WiFi

Hi I’m having issues with the USB connection. I don’t get a window the says “Allow USB debugging” with the computer’s RSA key ect when I plug in my android. I’m using a Note 5 and Samsung S7.
