    Scrolling is almost uncontrollable!

    Hello!


    The device is a OnePlus 7 Pro.

    PC is an HP Elitebook 850 G5


    I normally connect the phone to the laptop via USB.  When I scroll on the phone on the screen it will go into slot machine mode!  Meaning it just goes and then stops somewhere.  Is there any setting to give this a little more control?
