    Will my saved text messages stay on this program on my computer even after a factory reset my phone or get a new phone?

    Hello


    Do you have a backup of text messages on your computer? Or have you exported your text messages from your phone to computer? If yes, then the text message will be kept on your computer even if you have reset your phone to factory settings. If you don’t have a backup or you have not transferred messages to your PC, then you’ll lose the messages data.

    Hello, if I understand correctly if we do not copy our data on the computer we risk losing everything after resetting the phone ?

        Hi,

        Yes. Therefore, you are recommended to move the data from your phone to your computer before the factory reset.
