SAME PROBLEM! RECORDING FROM IPHONE AND I PAD AND WHEN I AM WATCHING ON LAPTOP ITS LAGGING VERY BADLY! DONT SEE THE REASON TO PAY FOR THIS! PLENTY PROGRAMS WITH LAGGING FOR FREE!!!!

I tried to scan my phone to retrieve lost videos, but it was not detected. I think the videos are lost by now, and I wasn’t even able to get the program to work. I would probably like a refund.

LightMV send me with you to bought a subscription for a better benefit and i bought it, but now i see that LightMv are not associate with you and i can not use those “benefits” and i want my cash back.

So after having to login 3 times to comment on this thread, I’d like to give a little feedback. Purchased this software this morning because it claims to have ipad mirroring for pc…come to find out it’s only for wifi….not what I was lead to believe from the advert. I would simply like to cancel my sub and get my money back. Instead of all these politely unhelpful suggestions, you guys could just fix your account page so it’s easy to cancel. Either you’re a bad company that’s trying to frustrate people into leaving money on the table or you fix this.

Hi, I bought Streaming Audio Recorder and I don’t like it, When I rec streaming music for example 60 minutes and I stop it – software convert file to mp3 and cut it to for example 15 minutes. I try change format to acc or other and nothing, it is the same problem 🙄
How can I money-back ? What I have to do ? Thank you for your help in advance.

I just bought your watermark program yesterday. I tried it out on several of my videos and it distorts the image in the video where the watermark used to be. I would like a refund as this won’t work for me.

I purchased a license for the Video Download Capture software in mid January of this year. It worked for a few weeks. A few weeks after that, I started to download a video and it wouldn’t download and gave me an error message that said the program was missing a .dll file and to try re-installing it again. I forwarded this problem to your customer service and Marilyn responded with “try reinstalling the program”. I deleted the existing program, reinstalled the program and the same error message was displayed upon attempting a video download capture. I then replyed back to Marilyn that the reinstall did not work and I have received ZERO response. If this issue is not resolved I will file a dispute with my credit card company. I have been the subject of a previous online software download scam before and it won’t happen again! You customer service NEEDS to respond to its customers in a TIMELY MANNER when they have an issue!

I emailed a request asking to cancel the monthly subscription. I don’t even need a refund for this month, as I did make the purchase. But, the app simply doesn’t work. My email was explicitly asking to simply end the monthly subscription so I’m not billed next month or thereafter. In response, I get a “try this” message that COMPLETELY ignores my actual request and pretends like I’ve asked for help making it work. First, I’ve already read through the page I was sent and tried it all. I would not have requested canceling my subscription if I had not explored all those avenues listed. The obvious and deliberate dismissal of my request means I certainly do not want to deal with this app or company anymore.
I was patiently and respectfully asking to merely stop the subscription. No need for a refund of money already paid. But the email response I received has me angry now, and I want this done. Ignoring actual requests and sending what you want is not good customer service. I’d respect your service more had you not just totally dismissed my request for cancellation and decided on your own what I wanted/needed. I told you what I want, and I expect a follow up e-mail confirming my cancelation of a subscription.
