    this program is to hard to understand I have sent a ticket in for a refund how long does it take to get a refund

        would be nice if anything on the account page mentioned this was the procedure for canceling...and maybe a confirmation email? You know, basic customer service instead of faq bandaids?

    I agree. This isn’t what I thought it was. It doesn’t work the way it says it would offline. I thought it was something different and there is no sound when synced to the computer. It only works with wifi, which isn’t what I need and even then, it doesn’t work and is a black screen. This is just too complicated for me. I’m just trying to get a screening program for my kids. Please refund both my purchases to my credit card, please. Thank you. x.x
