    I bought a month’s worth of watermark removal license last month. 

    Today, I got a call saying that it was paid again for a month.

     I’ve never used this license because it’s not helpful.

     If the payment is still outstanding, please cancel it right away and refund the payment details now.

    Expired for 2019-07-15. 
    I don’t want to use watermark remover license(monthly subscription) anymore, 

    but I’ve automatically renewed my subscription and charged a fee. Please cancel the subscription renewal and refund it.

    I’d like you to respond to the request as soon as possible.
