    Hi There,

    I am a brand new user (very much a novice!!!) and wanted to try to record something that is around 2.5 hours long.

    I have attempted to do this but can’t seem to get any further than around 3 minutes then recording ceases and saves the file.

    Could anyone please advise how I can manage to achieve the full recording time?

    Hi John, what program are you using? If you are using the desktop one, did you purchase the program? For people who don’t purchase the program, the service is limited. You need to register the program and then you will have 3 day for free VIP to record without limitation, and after the three days, you can only record for a few minutes, I don’t remember how long it can record, I think that may be the 3 minutes you mentioned.
