Problems converting from 4:3 to 16:9

I downloaded the launcher, selected a Windows Media audio/video file with a 4:3 aspect ratio, opened edit and put in 1920 and 1080 in the size boxes, selected WMV as desired format, and selected the location for the converted video. The program says the video was converted and there is a icon indicating a file in the folder for the converted video, but there are 0 bytes of data in the file. Anybody with a thought as to what I’m doing wrong?

    hi

Actually, there *is* another solution, albeit a commercial one.  I wrote an add-in to deal with this problem quickly.

    good luck
