Hi there. I just purchased ApowerREC, and while it worked for the first video I made to test the product – it stopped working a week later when I tried to use it for a client presentation.
Anyone have suggestions as to how to fix this?
I literally hit “record” the screens flicker like they’re recording, and the program then crashes/closes without any error report :/
Dear user, could you please tell us which version of the program you are using?
Please go to our official site and download the latest version of it.
And if the crashing problem still exists, please send the log file to email@example.com so that our technician can check the issue for you.
To submit the log file:
– Open “My Computer/My PC”, then enter “%appdata%\Apowersoft\ApowerREC” at the top searching bar and hit “Enter” to search it.
– After that, you can find apowersoft or apowerrec file, then enter that file to copy the whole “log” folder and send it to us.
