    Please Help

    I’m a new customer but when I connect my iPhone 7 plus following instructions selecting all it goes through the scan but afterward it isn’t pulling up anything at all on the phone and goes back to the beginning of the process?   

    Please advise..

    I’m another client however when I interface my iPhone 7 or more adhering to directions choosing all it experiences the output yet a short time later it isn’t pulling up anything at all on the telephone and returns to the start of the procedure?

    Using Apowersoft watermark remover – it shows in the ad that the watermark is removed completely but when using it, it blurs out the watermark – is this all it does?




    Also: when the video is downloaded, I get an error “This file isn’t playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.” 


    So far, this has been a waste of money. 




    How do I fix both issues?
