Hi, I have downloaded the ApowerRecover-programme and paid for a ”membership” for a year. I tried to recover over 600 jpg-images, they were sadly already deleated from my trash bin. I managed and got ca 400 of them to get back to the external hard drive via my personal computer and I could also open these ones. So approximately 400 went well but just over 200 of them cannot be opened when they got back, recovered, from the trash bin…. It says “…. does not seem to support the file format ..” There are regular jpg-images from a Nikon7200 and the computer is a PC with Windows 10 Home. My external hard drive where my photos lay / laid, is a LaCie. When I right-click on the photos that I can’t open, it shows that they consist only of 94 byte, all of them. What have happened to a little more than 200 of the 600 photos I got back from the emptied trash bin? Why are ca 200 only of 94 byte??
