PDF editor does not work!

I have just purchased the pdf editor on the basis that it allows me to add backgrounds to a pdf file:

I paid $59.95 for the software and it simply does not work. Even though I have paid and signed in, the software still displays ‘Buy now’ and none of the menus work properly.

There is no technical support option for this product on the Apowersoft website, so I am completely stuck.

Terrible software, terrible support. A waste of money.
