after my first use (which was great) I cannot use the online recorder anymore. When I click “Start recording” it keeps telling me to install the Launcher (which I even tried doing again) but nothing opens and starts. It just keeps telling me to install the Launcher even though I did.
I’m having the same issue – stuck in a loop whilst trying to launch Online Screen Recorder. I’ve already tried the clear cache, delete ‘Apowersoft’ folder, shutdown any existing sessions via Task Manager.
