    Online screen recorder won’t start

    Hi,

    after my first use (which was great) I cannot use the online recorder anymore. When I click “Start recording” it keeps telling me to install the Launcher (which I even tried doing again) but nothing opens and starts. It just keeps telling me to install the Launcher even though I did.

    I’m having the same issue – stuck in a loop whilst trying to launch Online Screen Recorder. I’ve already tried the clear cache, delete ‘Apowersoft’ folder, shutdown any existing sessions via Task Manager. 

    Is there a solution to this issue?

        Did any of you find a solution? I'm stuck with the same problem, downloading the launcher again and again.

        The process is running bit there's no way to showing it
