I clicked on the “Start Recording” button and it loaded like usual, but when it says “application loaded”, there’s no toolbox seen anywhere on the screen. Why did this happened and how can I fix it? Thank you!
Sorry for this late answer. In this case, you can try this solution: paste “%appdata%\Apowersoft\Apowersoft Online Screen Recorder” into your Windows Explorer search bar and open this folder. Then delete the “config.ini” file, and reload the online screen recorder. It will appear then.
