Same here, I’m having trouble launching the recorder, it doesn’t respond and I’ve tried to delete the apowersoft folders, clear cache, restart computer, etc. The START RECORD button doesn’t seem to respond at all.
I am having the same problem! Have clear cache, reinstall more than a few time and yet when i click on Start Recording it will ask me to download and install. From my Task Manager I can see Apower Online Launcher (32) is runnng but it just wont record! Please help!
It seems that the company has changed the directory structure and naming convention of the online launcher which is causing the issue. When you click start recording it looks for a different plugging to launch the application.
Apwersoft Online Launcher exists in the task manager but it not what the browser is looking for to launch the application for recording.
Follow these steps to successfully launch the online recorder:
1- Go to task manager and add new task by browsing to the location: AppData\Local\Apowersoft\Online Screen Recorder\Online Screen Recorder.exe”
2- Reload the webpage
3- Start Recording
Application for the recording will launch successfully.
