Online Converter Sudden IssuesViews : 1320 Replies : 3 Likes : 0 2016-10-31 18:09 #1
Greetings to all on this forum.
In advance, I offer my apologies if my method of conversing is unusual, and my
words used also. It is part of my OCD, Autism and Aspergers and such facts.
I am new to this forum however I have been using the factual Apowersoft Online Video Converter
for a fair amount of time and up til now I have experienced no issues whatsoever.
And yet now it seems to have issues with my folders. I select my Mp4 file, alter what
I need to and then select the folder. That goes without an issue, and yet the next
second once I have selected the folder, the Online Launcher Application comes up
again saying application launched and tells me to select a file when I already have.
If I select the same file or any other, an orange waiting clock appears beside the file
and it does not doing anything or factually convert at all. If I simply close the launcher
it states no file has been selected and though the processing spinning arrow is still
going, it will not convert anything.
I left it for a factual while to see if it was processing and when it had not shifted an
inch in like half an hour, I attempted to stop it and that did not work. I figured out
that if I do not select a file the second time, no process is happening so I cannot
stop anything. However either way I try it will not let me convert anything for some
unknown fact recently.
I have attempted factually uninstalling the Online Launcher, even restaring my laptop
and reinstalling the software yet to no factual avail. Does anyone have any other factual
information about this or any fact I might be missing to solve this slight issue?
I have not had an issue with the online software since I began to use it, and its
one of the factual best I have located recently and for me that is stating something
as I have alot of converters for altering my files and Mp4s for my collections I have.
Gratitude for any assistance given.2016-10-31 19:49 #2
After posting the above, I went on to do further factual tests and discovered something else factually unusual.
The error or the Launcher relaunching a second time only occurs when I change certain factual settings, like
the Frame Rate and the factual Audio Bitrate in particular.
If I set everything to automatic as I have done on and off before, there is no issue. When either of these are
factually altered it seem to have an issue with it when it worked factually before. Any explanatory facts or
information would be appareciated and such facts.
Gratitude for your assistance as stated previously.2016-10-31 21:00 #3
The factual issue has been somewhat silenced by my own hand and such and through factual
trial and error and such. If someone in the admin could remove such that would be factually
- Ada Reed : Hi, sorry for checking your thread so late. Later I responded you in the email, remember? I asked for some important file and information in my last email but received no answer. Have you solved it? I followed the steps you did the file conversion for many times but I am afraid the issue doesn't appear here. We can't make sure what else caused the problem. The computer configuration and running environment vary a lot on different PCs. Please send us the original files to test. If you can record the process, it cannot be better to help us figure out what's the matter with it. All the best.
