same problem here. last message from moderator (developer) about this was on 10-22. Over a month ago. Looks like we have to find another software. Just give us a rough schedule of when this will be resolved.
This is absurd. This was reporting back in Oct 2019 and it is not Jan 2020 and no fix and you can’t even bother to reply to us. What an abysmal failure as a company, a software and as customer service. I have already deleted this app and will move onto a properly developed and supported app as it stands Apowersoft is a complete waste. You have a great product, but it wasn’t great enough to put up with this disrespect.
There is a good alternative which has similar functionality in an app called Lightshot Screenshot. But be warned it has a much older UI and it is lacking some great features that Apowersoft screenshot has. I found it to be a bit buggy and it doesn’t seem to do so well in my 27in retina iMac in terms of it feeling very choppy but nevertheless fully functioning. I actually started out with Lightshot but the choppiness on my iMac and the old UI made me transition to Apowersoft in an instant, but then after the update it started failing to save annotations and thus I reverted back to Lightshot :/
