I purchased ApowerREC. It is not recording the screen and only the sound recorded even if I selected screen recording mode. During recording only the web cam and sound buttons are enabled. No screen button during recording. No proper way to contact tech support. This is a very bad software. No use at all. Just wasting money.
During the recording, only the webcam and sound buttons can be seen but the screen is being recorded, that’s correct. But it seems strange if you cannot record screen after you selected screen recording mode.
Just send a feedback through the ApowerREC by clicking the more menu (three short lines icon), then find “Help” > “Feedback”, check “Send log file” and then submit it. They will respond.
