Hi i am not able to connect any device to my apower Manager, even tried to download new version by removing the old and login with my credential still not able to connect my device have attached the error i am getting. can anyone assist??
I’ve been getting this also but support is EXTREMELY slow. I need info off my phone that is accessible from apowermanger. It has been several weeks and still no solution.
I am experiencing the same problem as the other three people – can anyone help? The screen keeps telling me that there is no iPhone or device detected.
I have the same issue. I think their service has stopped. All support links points to their main page. The payment that was charged to my credit card is from a 3rd party service. I just contacted them for a refund and I will be disputing my charge with my credit card company.
