    No sound with Zoom recording

    I purchased the VIP in order to record a Zoom funeral, initially (the activation code didn’t reach me on time, unfortunately).  I did, however record three two-minute segments, none of which recorded the audio of the Zoom session.  Is there a way to record both the video and audio of a Zoom session?
