I am using Video Download Capture to record an online audio and video educational session viewed on gotowebinar. When I finished recording, the video had recorded fine but there was no audio. Audio setting in VDC was set to System sound. Could the audio track be recorded but inaudible? If not, what do I need to do in order to record audio next time? (This is the sole purpose for my buying VDC).

To send product log, simply click drop-down menu and select "Support/Help" -> "Feedback", then write down some details, check the "Send log file" box, and submit it.
