[Solution] My iPhone Screen doesn’t show up in Apowersoft Phone ManagerViews : 33478 Replies : 70 Likes : 13 2017-04-28 01:44 #1
Recently, I updated the iOS system of my iPhone. Since then, I cannot see the iPhone screen in Apowersoft Phone Manager. What can I do to make it display my iPhone screen?

Sorry for the problem. Usually, when you connect your iPhone or iPad to ApowerManager via USB cable and wait for a while, the screenshot plug-in will be downloaded automatically, and you will see the iPhone or iPad screen. But sometimes, the network problem may result in the failure of the downloading. If so, please follow the instruction below:
- Open “This PC” or “My computer”. Follow the screenshot below and enter the path “%appdata%\Apowersoft\ApowerManager\XPhoneData” behind the computer icon.
- Delete the cfg and tmp files that match your iOS system.
- Connect your iPhone to ApowerManager. Wait for a while for the new zip file to be downloaded, which may take a few minutes. Please have some patience!
If the new zip file won’t be downloaded automatically, you can also manually download it here:

After downloading, rename the zip file, delete the former parts and only keep the number of the iOS version, for example, 11.0.2.zip. Then put the zip file into that specific folder and don’t unzip it.
After that, restart your phone and computer. Then reconnect.

On my system (pc), there is no folder called \xphonedata or a folder that relates to my device. See the screen shot below.
Background: I deleted and reinstalled the software thinking that was the issue but but then ran across this thread. I’ve connected my two i-OS devices today. The device with 10.3.3 it works fine. The device with 11.2 no luck. When I tried to update the file with the above zip file, I didn’t see any subfolders that related to the 2 devices.

Can you please provide a link for IOS 11.2.2.
- brian :
I want to be able to project what's on the screen of my iPhone onto a larger screen for a presentation at a meeting.
I have connected my phone to my laptop via USB cable and my laptop to the projector.
The laptop to projector link is fine.
I have downloaded the trial and opened a VIP account. I can see everything in Phone Manager APART from the iPhone screen. It is black.
I have iPhone 6S on iOS 11.2.2
Please help. This is urgent.

I have downloaded the full version to evaluate but cannot do so when the screen display is blank!
I am using iOS 11.2.2
Please make the correct files available otherwise this just looks like a scam if I’m honest.

Have you followed the instructions below to install the new folder? If you still have the blank display, would you please follow the screenshot below and send feedback along with log file from the desktop program? Our technician will check it out as soon as possible. Thank you!

Is there anyway you can stay in tune and up to date with the most current iOS? I have yet another presentation 2018-01-31 which I will not be able to use the APowersoft software for. I purchased this tool for one reason only, to mirror my iDevice screen while using a USB cable and It seems every time I have an important demonstration I have the dreaded blank screen. and cannot use the tool. Can I get an update in the next two days? if not I need to figure out a work around!2018-01-29 14:54 #12
Talk about frustration… I decided since 11.2.5 isn’t ready and available that maybe I could do my presentation on my older iPad which is at its highest supported iOS it can run 10.3.3. Fingers crossed I came on to download that version and Low and behold there is no 10.3.3 zip available, it only goes to 10.3.2 and that won’t work! I’m ready to give up 🙁
