Hi
We've already updated iOS 12.4.1 zip file. You can delete the previous one and then download this one and give it another try.

I’ve followed the steps above with no luck. I verify that the 13.2.2 screenshot plugin does get installed, but it does not display my iPad. Any other suggestions? This just started happening within the past week. It worked fine until then.

I’m getting a “Failed to initialize reflector! Try again. I have an iPhone 6 with 12.4.4 ios version. This DID work when I had ios version 12.4.2.
I tried the steps in this post: https://www.apowersoft.com/community/topic/my-iphone-screen-doesnt-show-up-in-apowersoft-phone-manager.html.
It did not work. I have restarted both my Laptop (Windows 10) and phone several times. No luck.
I uninstalled APowerManager twice. No luck. When I uninstalled APowerManager I made sure I deleted all folders that were in the installation location and the location of zip file mentioned in the above post.
I download and installed the latest version of APowerManager. No Luck.
I went to another laptop, synced to iTunes and updated to the latest version of APowerManager and I still get the same message when I attempt to reflect. Could it be the 12.4.4 files are an issue?

[Solution] My iPhone Screen doesn’t show up in Apowersoft Phone Manager[Solution] My iPhone Screen doesn’t show up in Apowersoft Phone Manager2020-04-11 21:33 #39I am running iOS 12.4.6 on an iPhone SE and this is the maximum iOS level supported. When I start APowerManager, it detects the phone no problem. But when I tried to use the reflector, it tries to download 12.4.6.zip onto the XPhoneManager folder but the zip has zero bytes. So reflector does not work. Can you please provide a proper plugin for 12.4.6 to download?
I tried downloading 12.4.1.zip on your site manually, assuming it’s close enough and might work. I manually place the zip in the XPhoneManager folder and restart APowerManager and my phone. But each time it will auto delete it and instead download 12.4.6.zip which fails.
Please help. I’ve paid for the license and cannot get this working for an important presentation.
Thanks.
