I’ve followed all the instructions and it’s not working, I’ve used it loads of times before and it’s worked fine but now the devices can’t recognise one another , I’m in same wireless network

Hi, please update the version on your devices to the latest version and try again. This bug has been fixed.

I also have the same issue. I have updated the IOS, I have updated my windows 10 os. I have checked for new updates for the Mirror software.
I use this two or three times a week for work and I need to get this resolved. The USB connection thankfully works, just had to find a long cord.
PLEASE PLEASE help…
The version that I have states V22.214.171.124 (Build 06/15/2020)
When I check to see if there is an update, I get that message I have the latest release.
