    My albums don't show in my PC

    Hello there,


    recently I have a problem when transferring my photos. If I connect my iPad to my laptop I go on my photos and albums but the albums I created on my iPad don’t show in the PC app. I used to be able to see my albums in the app and that is how I transfer my photos (an easy way to pick the photos on my iPad and then transfer the whole album). Any idea how to fix this???
