    As I look through this forum I see many other people who have been trying to get refunds and they have got no where. There is no response to the multiple emails that have been sent. This is outrageous. I was billed twice. I do not want this software due to lack of response and no customer  support. It took ages to receive the code after placing the order and by then it was no longer needed as I had to use a different service. I have not used the verification code and I deleted the app. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I refuse to pay for this product. There is no response from the Apeaksoft support and they are impossible to contact. No phone number and no chat.
