    MP4 conversion to GIF doesn't show up as option

    Hi; I just purchased Apowersoft Video Converter in order to convert an MP4 to a GIF. But for some reason, “GIF” does not show up as an option for conversion. Is this user error? Many thanks in advance for your help.

    Gif options are at the end of the list, you can see it with a click of the mouse😉
