I used a web cam to make a recording and it worked fine viewing from the free capture screen using the play button. I then converted the file to another type and it created an additional file with the converted extension. I went back to the free capture screen and the file is still shown, but when I go to play it, it says the file noes not exist. What happened and why is it still indicated in the recording log?
Hi, Brettsky. Since you’ve converted the recorded video, then the original file is changed and doesn’t exist accordingly. That is why you couldn’t play it in the recording list. As for its still being in the recording log, we will fix this problem. Thank you for using our program and giving us valuable suggestions.
I used screen recorder and at the end stop recording to stop recording and the recording would be processed before I could watch it. I was unlucky because I got a message from windows that the program does not work and windows will close it. after restarting the program the recording was not in the list of course. I found the audio and video in the temporary folder in two separate file. Audi was ok but video although tagged MP4 was not working with any player. I used the inbuilt editor of the software but the file was not added to editor. I don’t know how I could recover my file because it is very important for me.
