I have purchased Apowersoft recorded and was using the same but my windows copy got currepted and I have to re install the operation system. Now I am not able to login to my account and get software started. Although I have downloaded from my logged in account it say this is trial version. I have been trying to contact help and already sent them screen shot but they are not responding. Can any one help ??? I will be thankfull.
Dear user， so sorry for the issue! We have just reupdated your account status, it should be fine by now. Simply log out the existing account and relaunch the program, then log into the account with the same email and password is alright.
