I am using the version 5.0.3 of the Streaming Video Recorder program. Until yesterday I was able to download the videos, but today no longer works. By accessing the page the Streaming Video Recorder recognizes the video, but does not download.
The log has the following information:

I am using the Video Download Capture V6.05 (build 08/23/2016).
After download, I got a .MP4 file. If I try to play it with Windows Media Player in Win7, I got the error below:
“Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player may not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file”
If I try to play it with VLC, I can hear audio but NO video.

Hey I have been using a power soft video converter and it was working great now when I hit convert it automatically says task completed then goes to where it would save the competed video but there is no video and I it usually takes 30 minutes which is fine but now it says competed after one second but doesn’t actually do anything. Please let me know how to fix it if you could please.
