I have changed charging cables & ports on my PC, followed instructions to manually change setting in iTunes, but my iPhone 7

is still not recognized either wireless or charging cable.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Below are the steps for the USB connection:

1.Before the connection, iOS users need to sync your device to iTunes.

2.Use a USB cable to link your mobile device with the computer.

3.During the connection, iOS users need to tap “Trust” to enable the connection.

Have you received this “Trust” notification on your iPhone after you connect your iPhone to your computer via the USB cable?

    Best regards,

    Ada

    Hi

ApowerManager will not recognize iTunes downloaded from Microsoft Store, so please go to iTunes official website and download the .exe file which is compatible for your Windows 10.

    https://www.apple.com/itunes/

After you click download on the upper right of the webpage, please scroll down the webpage and find “Looking for other versions” and click “Windows”, then you can see iTunes for Windows and download it on your PC.

Then reconnect your USB cable to your PC’s USB port, or change another USB port to connect. If still nothing happens, please check whether you can connect your iPhone or iPad to iTunes. If yes, you can try to connect wirelessly.

    HI beckyp179

    The basics

    1. Disconnect iPhone and restart the PC.
    2. Restart the iPhone.
    3. Ensure that Windows is up to date.
    4. Close all running programs on the PC.
    5. Temporarily disable security software (antivirus and firewall). …
    6. Check the USB cable and confirm that it is not damaged.
    7. Use an original Apple cable. …
    8. Try using another USB cable

    JUST follow the stips

    good luck
