Im getting this message no matter how often i try again, i have a 2018 ipad mini firmwarte 14.3, im a vip member
replying to myself, what i did was i went to https://www.apowersoft.com/community/topic/my-iphone-screen-doesnt-show-up-in-apowersoft-phone-manager.html , followed exact steps however, they dont have 14.3 only 14.2… i went in the file it says to go there deleted all the winzip files, downloaded 14.2, renamed it 14.3 and pasted where the older files were, now it works
