IOS 132019-09-30 13:55 #4I have another problem: I upgraded my phone. I now have a Iphone 11 with the latest IOS (I3.1.2) I can’t see nor transfer my pictures to my work computer. That’s the main purpose of having this software. I before used an Iphone 6Plus with no problems. I need help with this. Thank you.
IOS 13IOS 13IOS 13IOS 132019-10-30 09:51 #8I did have an issue with it and now I did get it to work. Here’s what I did. (Be sure to download and install the IOS 13 Zip File).
I connected my iPhone to the program and started it. I was getting the blank screen as above.
I then went to settings>Display and Brightness and turned off the dark mode.
I went to View at the bottom of Display and Brightness and changed it to standard.
I was then able to see the screen on my PC, however, it was being cut off a bit on the right side.
I went back to Display and Brightness and changed the view back to Zoomed and it reset the screen on my PC. All is working well now with IOS 13.2.
