    I bought your service a few months ago. I gave you a few dozen dollars.

     

    I saw something on your service today, which said I could download an upgrade. You wanted around $59. I gave it to you. It will only let me record a minute at a time. Discover sent me an alert, as if you were a bunch of scammers.

    I want to record more than 1 minute, or I want my money back.

    I have a YouTube account with over 800 subscribers, and I am willing to make a video about this.

    It is Nov. 10 at 6:05 p.m. EST. If I do not get a response by 9 p.m. EST, I am calling Discover to ask them to block you. I will then make a video about this bad experience.
