I just paid for the full product and yet whenever I try to use this product I keeps telling me that my trial period has expired and it needs to be renewed! What the hell is going on?! How do I login so I can use it?

Okay, so I managed to download a couple of videos. However, whenever I access it from my desk I still get the same sign telling me that it’s a “trial version”. You really need to fix that, as it’s very confusing.

I paid for two different one of these programs and while I was in the middle of a call I needed to record, its still I managed to get a little bit of video but no audio so obviously this is useless…
I went to see if there was a way to record audio and video at the same time for the facetime phone call I am trying to make and it asking me to pay again separately for that…
Is there somebody I can call to complain to? Im $150.00 into this product and it doesn’t look like I can even use it, it just keeps asking me to send more money for products I already bought and paid for twice, like what the hell?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Which program are you using for recording FaceTime call? Is it ApowerREC on your Mac? If it's on Mac, Can you go to FaceTime settings, drop down "Video" menu and check whether the available audio device is selected? Please do not select Apowersoft Audio Device here.
