I am having a hard time setting the subtitles dropdown list to “None” when I do batch conversion since it automatically sets subtitles to date and time. I have to do it manually and it is very taxing. Is there a way for me to automatically set it to “none”? Every other aspect is doing excellent with special mention to its speed in conversion. And the output is excellent. I have used other converter software in its category, including what they claim as top of the line. Frankly, Apowersoft Video Converter is number one for me.
Hi, thank you very much for your appreciation. Honestly, I do not quite understand “it automatically sets subtitles to date and time”. Do you mean the software add timestamp to your video after the conversion process? Our software doesn’t have that function unless the video is with date/time stamp there. Please give me more details. Back to your problem, the software can’t automatically set subtitles to “none” for all files you added to the software. If you have further questions while using our software, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
That is correct. Your software automatically adds timestamp to my video footage after conversion and it baffles me since other software doesn’t show timestamp. I never set the timestamp in my video camera. So I wonder why it automatically shows in your software. Most of the time, I convert more than a hundred footage and I believe you understand how taxing the task of putting “none” in the subtitles dropdown list. Any advice?
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I asked the technician for batch removing timestamps in videos. He said the software cannot recognize the timestamp as a different file type from subtitles because they are actually the same kind. If we rewrite the software to disable subtitles, all captions won't be read in the software any longer. This is really unreasonable to other users.
